Our Natural Quarks with the 0% (fat in dry matter), 20% , 40% fat content are available in packages of 140g and 500g.

MLEKOMA natural quarks Emilki are delicate, creamy and simply delicious. Due to application of unique acid bacteria starter cultures they are naturally slightly sour. There is no salt used for achieving this special flavour of curd cheese. 

Thanks to high quality production process we obtain a special product for demanding clients. This natural quark is perfectly applicable to sandwiches and cheesecakes preparation.
