MLEKOMA natural quarks Emilki are delicate, creamy and simply delicious. They naturally slightly sour, thanks to application of unique acid bacteria starter cultures. There is no salt used for achieving this special flavour of curd cheese. 

Thanks to high quality production process we obtain a special product for demanding clients. This natural quark is perfectly applicable to cheesecakes production and other confectionery applications.
